  • God is looking for men and women who will stand in the gap before Him for the spiritually needy within our land!  The Word of the Lord came to the prophet Ezekiel and the Lord said, "I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none."

  • Pray for Amani and Tiawana Bullock, who began their ministry here in the Grand Valley on September 4, 2008.  You need to meet this great couple and their very special daughters, Dariah and Tiana.  Amani and his family moved to the Grand Valley to begin an African-American Baptist Church.  Amani is very gifted and will impact the growing Multi-cultural community in Grand Junction for our Lord and His Kingdom.  Pray for them to build relationships within their culture here in Grand Junction.  Pray for the development of outreach events and building the Father's strategy for penetrating lostness within their culture.  Pray for the Bible study known as Familyroom Fellowship that meets tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the Riverside community.  Pray for the new believers.  Thank you for praying for the first public worship service for Familyroom Fellowship on Easter Sunday.  God brought 52 to experience Him on Resurrection Sunday morning and 2 of those made public their profession of faith in Jesus that morning!  We praise the Father for this great family with a passion for our Lord!

  • Pray for these five church planting needs in the Grand Valley:
    > A God called Hispanic pastor willing to work bi-vocationally and sacrifically in Grand Junction to begin a Hispanic Baptist Church to reach the thousands of spiritually needy Spanish residents living in Grand Junction.  "Father, for your glory, call a godly family to meet this need."
    > A God called Anglo church planter family to begin a new church in a large area of North Fruita where hundreds of people have indicated a need for a new church to meet the needs in this rapidly growing area already with over 3500 people (500-600 homes).  "Father, we stand in the gap for the spiritually needy and unchurched of North Fruita."
    > A God called Anglo church planter family, who love the outdoors and outdoors activities, to begin a new church in two growing areas north of New Castle (Castle Valley and Lakoda).   "Lord, please hear the request of RiverChurches and others who feel this need for a new church in Castle Valley and Lakoda."
    > A God called Hispanic family willing to work bi-vocationally and sacrifically in Rifle to begin a Hispanic Baptist Church to reach the growing Spanish speaking population in this growing city.  "Lord, for your honor and glory we stand in the gap for the spiritually needy Spanish speakers in New Castle."
    > A God called Anglo family to begin a new church in the Paradise Hills area of Grand Junction to reach the people who reside in this large area of Grand Junction north of I-70.      "Lord, we stand in the gap for the spiritual needs of those who live in this section of our fast growing city."

  • Pray for Colton Walter as God has called Colton to use his incredible talent as a horse trainer to begin cowboy churches in the Grand Valley. Pray for the Round Pen Cowboy Church recently started in Fruita.  Pray for Mesa View Bible Church as they walk with Colton and Roslyn Walter in this process!    Ask the Father to bing Colton's great knowledge of working with horses in sync with what God wants to teach him about planting cowboy churches!  Thank you Father for answering our three years of prayers for a man like Colton with the unique gifting You have given him!! Ask God to draw a core group around Colton and Roslyn as they begin this new work!  Pray for the new converts whom the Father is drawing to Himself through this ministry and for Colton and Roslyn as they disciple these new believers!

  • Pray for Mike and Karen Lyda as they transition to a house church ministry in Palisade.  Mike and Karen have been faithful servants of our Lord living in Palisade to almost three years in order to reach people for Jesus.  Pray for the discipleship of three families who attend River of Life periodically.  Pray for the development of commitment on the part of these families.  Pray for the development of additional leaders and the multiplication of a house church network in the Palisade area.  Ask the Father to draw more and more families to himself through the River of Life house church in Palisade.

  • Pray for genuine, God breathed renewal (II Chronicles 7:14) for some of our churches that are plateaued or declining!  A God breathed movement of the Spirit of God is His solution for His churches that are in decline.  Pray for these churches to turn to the Father and in humility, truly and urgently seek His face and consequently receive his blessing!

  • Pray for Lee and Jana Price as they continue to serve faithfully in the leadership and development of RiverChurches House Church Network.  New house churches are being added as leaders are developed and existing churches are ready to multiply.  Praise God for the recent gifts of money and labor toward completion of the RiverChurches Ministry Center in Newcastle.  Pray for Lee's health and pray for continued vision, spiritual strength, and multiplication of this house church network for the glory of God!  We thank the Father for Lee and Jana Price and their faithfulness to the work to which the Father has called them these past 3 + years!

  • Pray for the Sportsmen's Banquet to be held at the Two Rivers Convention Center in Grand Junction on April 23rd, 2010.  Pray for Matt Guedes, Tobey Williams, Ray Shirley, Joe Lambert, Tim Shive, Kim Brandt, Johnathan Ellis, Alan Martello and the Leadership Team as they put the final touches on what will be a great evening with Tracy Breen, noted writer and outdoors photographer.  Pray for this outreach to the unsaved sportsmen of western Colorado.  Pray for the witness to be clear and straight by Tracy on the night of the event.  Pray for unsaved sportsmen to come to faith in Christ.
